I was traveling with my cat across Romania and we needed urgent help. Hero Vet were very kind, provided us with good help, explained the problem with the cat and solved it. Even before they officially opened the office, they welcomed me and my cat with great kindness to help. Usually my cat is very nervous to be at veterinarian office, but here the doctor had his own personal connection with the cat! I highly recommend to everyone!
